A delicious healthy muffin that can be eaten as a breakfast or snack. Perfect for on the go students who don't have time to eat at home. This muffin is great straigh from the freezer, microwaved for 30 seconds.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup whole wheat flour










  • 1 cup quick cooking oats










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  • 1 egg










  • 1 cup orange juice










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 1½ tsp baking soda










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • ½ cup chocolate chips










  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.



  2. Scoop into lightly sprayed muffin tins.



  3. Bake 17 minutes on 400.
