This is great for those long winter Friday nights. It goes great with dessert and some cake. You can ice your teacups by dipping them into egg whites and then into sugar. Pour some apple cider in and stick in a cinnamon stick and you have a really nice dessert.
6 cup apple juice
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
4 cinnamon sticks
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
