Delicous teriyaki salmon perfect for a crowd. You can easly half the recipe.
8 slices salmon fillets
¼-½ cup lemon juice
½ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ cup sesame seeds
5-6 scallions (greeen onions)
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar or splenda
Wash the salmon with cold water. Saok in the lemon for a 1/2- 1 hour.
Line two 9x13 inch pans with baking paper.
Slice the scallions (white and green parts). Mix the teriayki sauce, scallions oil and splenda. Pour over the salmon.
Cover and bake at 350F for 20 minutes covered and 10-12 minutes uncovered.
