For all Napoleon lovers out there, here is a quick version thats simple to put together.
2 (3.5) instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz) coffee whitener
1 (8) non dairy whip topping
1 (14.4 oz) chocolate graham crackers
3 cup confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp oil
6 Tbsp boiling water
2-3 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
Mix the pudding and coffee whitener together. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Beat up the whip topping and fold together with the pudding mixture. Do not over mix!
In a 9x13 inch pan layer graham crackers, half of the whip, crackers, remaining whip and end with crackers.
Mix glaze ingredients together. If it doesn't mix well, you can melt it in a pot for a few minutes.
Pour over the crackers and freeze.
Slice before serving.
