This is a great twist on the typical deli salad. Marinating the cold cuts is the trick to this delicious salad. Feel free to skip the Ramen noodles and just toast the sesame seeds and almonds in the oven for a few minutes.

It really was delicious! and the marinating made such a difference. My husband is not a fan of soy nor a fan of deli salad. But this one he loved!
One thing we did different, only because I had a guest that's picky - I left out the red onions. It was pretty good like that. I'm sure it would've been that much better with it.
But I wanted to let others know in case they have such a picky eater.
