Chinese shnitzel that doesn't need frying!!! Though you can tell the difference.
4 Chicken cutlets
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Crushed garlic
1 cup Sugar
Â½ cup Ketchup
Â½ cup Water
Cut chicken into nugget size pieces.
Dip nuggets in bread crumbs and lay in single layer on baking tray. Bake in oven uncovered for 1/2 hour on 180Â°C (360Â°F).
In pot fry onion, garlic, sugar, ketchup and water. Cook and stir for 1/2 hour.
Pour on shnitzels and put in oven uncovered for 45 min on 180Â°C (360Â°F).
