Chinese shnitzel that doesn't need frying!!! Though you can tell the difference.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 Chicken cutlets










  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs










  • 1 Onion










  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic










  • 1 cup Sugar










  • ½ cup Ketchup










  • ½ cup Water










  1. Cut chicken into nugget size pieces.



  2. Dip nuggets in bread crumbs and lay in single layer on baking tray. Bake in oven uncovered for 1/2 hour on 180°C (360°F).



  3. In pot fry onion, garlic, sugar, ketchup and water. Cook and stir for 1/2 hour.



  4. Pour on shnitzels and put in oven uncovered for 45 min on 180°C (360°F).
