When I come home late and have to put dinner on the table this is a real hit with the kids. No complaints that evening! Very easy and great tasting. Can be served with pasta, rice or potatoes. Use homestyle bbq sauce. Any brand works. I like to mix half of Hunts original bbq sauce with Gefen's bbq sauce. Try different brands until you get the taste you like. It's great with spicy sauce too.

  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken breasts and cook quickly until chicken turns white. About 5-10 minutes on medum to high flame.

  3. Lower flame and add barbecue sauce. Cook for 20-25 minutes until sauce cooks down and chicken is soft. Keep mixing as it cooks. You can add more sauce if needed or 1/4 cup water.

I have made a similar recipe but I just pour any kind of BBQ sauce over chicken cutlet pieces and bake covered in the oven. No oil needed.
