Chermoula is a marinade for fish or chicken. Mostly in Moroccan and Yemenite recipes. Usually is very spicy, but you can switch it up to your taste.

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 Tbsp Cilantro (coriander, finely chopped)










  • 4 cloves of Garlic, pressed or finely chopped










  • 2 Tbsp Paprika










  • 1 Tbsp Cumin










  • 1 tsp Salt










  • 1 tsp Ginger










  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper










  • ¼ tsp Saffron seeds










  • 5 Tbsp Olive Oil










  • 1 Juice of small Lemon










  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. The chermoula is now ready to use
