This Chumus is a real hit. I cut it out from a weekly magazine but can't remember which one.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (15.5 oz) chickepeas










  • 1 (15 oz) cannellini beans (white kidney beans)










  • 3 cloves garlic










  • ½ cup thaini paste










  • 2 lemon, juiced










  • 1½ Tbsp soy sauce










  • 1½ tsp fine sea salt










  • 1½ tsp cumin










  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper










  • ⅛ tsp white pepper










  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil










  • ¼ cup water










  1. Place everything together in a blender.



  2. Blend until creamy.



  3. To garnish it - I like to dice a onion, tiny and saute it it with oil, some paprika and cayenne pepper. Garnish on top of the chummus.
