INGREDIENTS













  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese










  • 1½ (4 oz) margarine










  • ½ cup coccoa










  • 4 oz chocolate chips










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 6 eggs










  • 2½ tsp vanilla sugar










  • 1½ cup flour










  • ¾ Tbsp baking powder










  1. In a bowl mix 11/2 cups sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla sugar.



  2. Place the margarin, cocoa and chocolate chips in a double boiler and melt. Add it to the sugar and eggs in the bowl.



  3. Add flour, baking powder and salt.



  4. In a seperate bowl, add 2 eggs, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar.



  5. In a large muffin or cupcake holders, place 2 tablespoons chocolate mixture. 1 Tablespoon of cheese mixture and top off with a 1 teaspoon of chocoate. When it will bake it will look marbelized.



  6. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
