A great lunch or light supper; perfect with pita, israeli salad & techina just like falafel.
1 can tuna, drained
3 Tbsp mayo
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch onion powder
1 cup corn flake crumbs, for coating
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix the first six ingredients well.
Form small balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.
Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 1/2 hour.
Serve with pita, israeli salad & techina. Enjoy!
