INGREDIENTS













  • 6 pieces of chicken quarters










  • ½ cup duck sauce










  • ½ cup ketchup










  • ½ cup orange juice










  1. Mix the duck sauce, ketchup and orange juice together.



  2. Pour over the chicken and bake for 2-21/2 hours at 350F.

I have to say that this chicken did not go to well with my family. Although i thought that it will be a thick tangy sauce it wa not even close to that. The sauce was watery and the chicken dry
