
I got this recipe from a friend of mine 4 times already. I wrote it down and then lost it, I wrote it again and lost it again. So now I'm writing it in here and the next time I need this recipe I'll quit bothering her :) The pie is best served at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 oz) bag frozen strawberries
1 (16 oz) bag frozen rhubarb
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
- Crumbs:
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla sugar
½ cup oil
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well. Place in a 10 inch round pan and bake for 1/2 hour.
Meanwhile combine the flour, with baking powder, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and oil. Combine to form crumbs.
Add crumbs on top of pie that was baked. Bake an additional 1/2 hour.
