I got this recipe from my mother in law who is a fabulous cook always looking for original and new recipe idea. Fabulous and delicious. If you love cheese this is a delicacy.
1 mallowah dough
2 cup thinly sliced scallions
200 gram shredded yellow cheese
150 gram Bulgarian cheese (salty cheese)
250 gram white soft cheese (5% or 9%)
1 sour yougart
½ cup milk
3 Tbsp flour
1 pinch coarse black pepper
- salt (very little since the cheese is salty)
- cheery tomatoes, as a garnish
Defrost the mallowah dough and roll out and spread it to fit a spring pan (10 inch or any size you have)
Pierce the dough with a fork.
In a bowl mix the scallions, cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs, flour, pepper and salt.
Bake at 180C (350C) for 40 minutes.
