Combine the first three ingredients to form a crumb and place half the mixture in the bottom of the baking pan. Bake at 180 for 5-10 minutes, watching carefully so that it does not burn.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and place on top of the baked crumbs.
Put remaining crumbs on top of cheese mixture and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Cool, then freeze halfway and cut into bars. Enjoy! ( I like them even better straight from the freezer.)
