1 pack chicken cutlets
6 Tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
12 Tbsp chummos
1 bag terra chips, crushed
Place oil in a pot. Add garlic and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Spread chummos onto both sides of cutlets. Dip into crushed chips. Place into a baking pan, and spoon the garlic mixture over cutlets.
Bake on 375F uncoverd for 20 minutes.
