Homemade hamburgers taste sooooo much better then store bought.
I make a lot of these and store them in the freezer for when we grill

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 eggs










  • ¼ tsp salt










  • ¼ tsp pepper










  • 2 lb group beef










  • 1 cup bread crumbs, unflavored










  • 1 large onion, grated










  • 1 clove garlic, crushed










  1. In a bowl mix eggs, salt, pepper, meat, bread crumbs, onion and garlic



  2. form 8 hamburgers, 3/4 inch thick.



  3. When grilling pour on your favorite sauce. Grill about 6 - 8 minutes per side, or until your prefferred doneness.

We didn't have hamburgers in a while since we don't like the store bought ones and was looking for a homemade recipe to try. Just made these for our bbq supper tonight and my husband and I both loved these! Thanks for an awesome recipe!
