INGREDIENTS













  • 2½ tsp Dry yeast










  • 1 cup Warm water










  • 4½ cup Flour










  • 2 Eggs










  • ⅔ cup Margarine melted










  • 1 tsp Salt










  • ½ cup Sugar










  • 1 cup Brown sugar










  • 2½ Tbsp Cinnamon










  1. Place water in a bowl, add yeast and a little sugar cover and let rise



  2. In a separate bowl add brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside



  3. In a mixing bowl place the rest of the ingredients except for the margarine.



  4. When the yeast is ready, add it to the dough mixture and knead the dough. Place aside and let rise for one hour.



  5. An hour later when dough is ready take margarine and melt. Roll out the dough and place a layer of melted margarine and a layer of brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Next add another layer of margarine and brown sugar mixture.



  6. Roll up the dough like a"kokosh"and then cut pieces 3" thick and place in a round pan like a pull away babka. Let it rise till double in size and bake at 350 for 15 minut
