Delicious kugel based on a Mishpacha Magazine recipe.
4 large sweet Vidalia onions, very thinly sliced
½ cup oil
½ cup water
1-¼ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1-½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all the ingredients together very well. Pour into a parchment paper lined 7x11 deep baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, until brown.
