INGREDIENTS













  • 4-6 slices of salmon










  • 1 cup vinegar










  • 1 cup warm water










  • ½ cup sugar or splenda










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 10 oz ketchup










  • ¼ cup pickling spice










  • 2 onions sliced










  • 3 bay leaves










  1. Boil the salmon slices for 15 minutes.



  2. Drain the salmon and let it cool.



  3. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients except the onions and bay leaves.



  4. When salmon is cool, lift and place in a glass bowl.



  5. Pour the dressing on top.



  6. Place sliced onions and bay leaves into the bowl.



  7. Let the salmon sit for 3 days before serving.
