INGREDIENTS













  • 1 lb potato starch










  • 8 oz ground almonds










  • 8 Tbsp olive oil










  • 1 cup water










  1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.



  2. Roll out between two parchment papers and cut into squares.



  3. Preheat to 350F. Bake 10-12 minutes.
