This is a great dessert for a shabbos or yom tov meal.
Aside from the fabulous taste, it is really simple to make!
1 bar chocolate (good quality like Rosemarie)
¾ cup sugar
1½ stick margarine
1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)
1 graham cracker pie crust (optional)
Melt chocolate and margarine. (peanut butter too, if you like a slight pea-nutty taste)
Beat eggs and sugar for 4 minutes
Add chocolate mixture and beat 1 more minute.
Option 1: Pour into graham cracker crust and freeze.
Garnish with whipped cream, nut crunch, or anything else you like!
Pour bit of mixture into ramekins (about 2 tablespoons) Bake for 8 minutes on 350.
let cool, and then pour rest of mixture on top. Freeze.
Garnish as desired.
