A delicious very moist easy chicken dinner which was a huge hit with the adults and children alike. And best of all no frying-great combination! This is from the cookbook Kosher Elegance by Efrat Lobfroind. I baked it longer than the original recipe called for. You can serve this with any sauce on the side. I made a sweet chili sauce-WOW!

Nice and simple, and fast. I get home from work late so fast is important, and I cut this recipe down to two portions:
2 portions raw chicken
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
few sprinkles of paprika
sprinkle of garlic
1 tsp mustard
1 full sandwich bag of chips (before crushing)

A fast easy supper!

We love this recipe in our house. I crush the potato chips in the closed bag before I open it. I like to get them as small as possible. It doesnt take long to make at all. We make it on pasech too (just instead of flour we use potato starch) What could be better, chips for supper!

FANTASTIC!
