INGREDIENTS













  • 6 eggs










  • 1¾ cup sugar, divided










  • 4 Tbsp vanilla pudding (powder)










  • 3 Tnuva 5% cheese










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract










  • 8 oz sour cream










  • 6 Tbsp heaping flour










  • - TOPPING:










  • 8 oz sour cream










  • 2 Tbsp sugar










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  1. Beat the egg whites to form a snow. Gradually add 11/4 cup sugar until stiff peaks form.



  2. The remaining sugar (1/2 cup) mix with the yolks. Add vanilla, cheese, extract and sour cream.



  3. Fold the yolks mixture with the whites. Mix in the flour.



  4. Pour on the bottom of 9x13.



  5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.



  6. Five minutes before the hour. Mix the topping ingredients and smear over top of cheesecake. Bake for 5 minutes.



  7. Close oven and let cheesecake cool for 1 hour.
