INGREDIENTS













  • 4 lb brisket










  • ½ cup lemon juice










  • ½ tsp black pepper










  • 2 cup finely diced onion










  • 2 cup red wine










  1. marinade meat overnigt in lemon juice and black pepper



  2. place meat into pan with onions and wine and cover.



  3. bake on 325 for 2-3 hours

It's nice having some variety on Pesach. I used this for flanken and it was scrumptious.
