Easy and Quick Broccoli Quiche. This is delicious and healthier without a crust but if you want one here are some options:
Pesach Gebroktz Optional: Wet some matza and put on the bottom of the pan as a crust
Chometz Optional: a quiche crust, or wet some sliced bread (old challah works great), squeeze out the water, and place on bottom of pan as crust.

I just made this as a side for dinner and it came out scrumptious. My husband is not a big fan of dairy but this one just hit the spot. I made it without the crust and it was light and flavorful. Will definitely be using this recipe from now on! Thanks
