So easy to make. No special tools, no fancy ingredients, measurements don't even need to be exact, but EVERYONE loves it. I like to make three varieties (plain, cinnamon & nut)

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup sugar










  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)










  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)










  1. Heat a non-stick skillet and toast almonds (or other nuts) (if desired)



  2. Add sugar and cinnamon (if desired) and stir once to mix.



  3. Allow to melt over medium heat without stirring until sugar is fully melted and light brown.



  4. Pour onto a large piece of foil and allow to cool. If you want neater pieces, score into squares as it starts to cool. When totally cool, break into pieces & enjoy. Store in airtight container at room temp or in freezer.
