Heavenly mousse pie. Its a recipe for 2 9 inch round pans.

INGREDIENTS
16 oz Alprose chocolate
16 eggs, separated
⅔ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 Tbsp coffee dissolved in
½ cup boiling water
⅔ cup sugar
Melt 16 oz alprose chocolate or any fine pareve chocolate.
In a separate bowl beal up the yolks then add 2/3 c. sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the melted chocolate to the mixture with the coffee dissolved in boiling water.
In a separate bowl make a snow and add in another 2/3 cup sugar. Fold the chocolate mixture into the snow and mix everything together. Bake 2/3 of mixture in oven for 15 minutes then add rest of batter on top and freeze. You can add crushed vieneese crunch on top if you want.
