INGREDIENTS













  • 6 large portobello mushrooms, sliced










  • 2 peppers slicedorange, 1 red










  • - MARINADE:










  • ½ cup olive oil










  • ½ cup lemon juice










  • 3 crushed garlic cloves










  • 1 salt and pepper to taste










  1. Put sliced veggies into a ziploc bag with the marinade ingredients. Let sit for min 4 hrs.



  2. Remove from marinade and roast for 20 minutes or until tender.



  3. Serve warm or at room temp.
