Light and Fluffy - will be enjoyed by all!
15 eggs separated
3 cup sugar
1½ cup oil
2 cup potato starch
½ cup cocoa
Heat oven to 350.
Beat whites and sugar on high until stiff.
Slowly add yolks, oil and potato starch.
Pour 3/4 of batter into 10 x 16.
Add cocoa to remaining batter and pour into pan and swirl.
Bake one hour.
