INGREDIENTS













  • 15 eggs separated










  • 3 cup sugar










  • 1½ cup oil










  • 2 cup potato starch










  • ½ cup cocoa










  1. Heat oven to 350.




  2. Beat whites and sugar on high until stiff.



  3. Slowly add yolks, oil and potato starch.



  4. Pour 3/4 of batter into 10 x 16.



  5. Add cocoa to remaining batter and pour into pan and swirl.



  6. Bake one hour.
