A change from the typical pesach brownie. You bake the first layer longer than the second layer. And it's an easy one bowl recipe to boot.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2¼ cup sugar










  • 1 Tbsp baking powder










  • ¾ cup potato starch










  • ¾ cup cocoa










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 6 eggs










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  1. Place the sugar, bakign powder and potato starch in a bowl.



  2. Sift the cocoa and add to the bowl. Add the oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix.



  3. Place 2/3 of the batter into a baking pan.



  4. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven.



  5. Gently add the rest of the batter on op.



  6. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes. Let cool.



  7. Optional: You can add 1 cup chopped almonds.
