INGREDIENTS













  • 3 apples peeled and grated










  • 6 carrots peeled and grated










  • ½ cup grataed cabbage










  • 1 cup matza meal










  • 2 eggs










  • ¼ cup melted margarine










  • 1 tsp salt or less to taste










  • ½ tsp grounded cloves(can be omitted if you don't have)










  • ½ tsp nutmeg










  • 1 tsp cinnamon










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ½ cup honey










  1. mix toether all of the ingredients in a large bowl



  2. grease 2 loaf pans and pour the mixture evently into both pans



  3. cover the pans with aluminun foil



  4. bake for 40 minutes in a me- low oven 300-325 degrees



  5. remove the aluminum foil



  6. raise the temp to 375 degrees and bake for an additonal 15 minutes
