A great appetizer or dessert depening on how baked fruit goes in your house.
Use firm baking apples so they don't fall apart in the oven.
During the year we make this with unpeeled apples. For pesach you can take off the peel but they will fall apart more. You can scoop them out of the pan with a spoon.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 egg white










  • 8 apples










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 1 cup ground nuts










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • 1 tsp cinnamon










  1. Wash apples well or peel. Roll in egg white.



  2. Dip in a mixture of the rest of the ingredients.



  3. Bake apples at 350 until soft (45 minutes - 1 hour)



  4. Optional: blend strawberries in sugar syrup and pour over apples right before serving.
