Delicious ending to any meal. Light and refreshing.
1 envelope kosher gelatin
1 cup skim milk
½ cup sugar
1 pinch salt
2.5 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup frozen sliced peaches, pureed
Sprinkle gelatin over milk in saucepan. Let set 1 min. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, add sugar, salt then yogurt and vanilla. Cover and chill.
Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufactures directions. Serve immediately or place in freezer for later.
