1 Sweet Potato
1 Pepper (optional)
3 Tbsp olive oil
- garlic powder
Peel and slice vegetables into squares/cubes and/or rounds.
Coat vegetables with olive oil. Spread vegetables onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle garlic powder over vegetables.
Roast in oven set to 400 degrees Farenheit for 30 - 35 minutes. Stir once, when the vegetables are cooked halfway through.
