These are great with any nut, I personally love pecans in here.
1 cup Potato Starch
¾ cup Oil
1 tsp salt
½ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, beat the sugars and oil, and then add in 1 egg at a time, beating each well. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, potato starch, baking powder, and chocolate chips and mix together.
In 2 or 3 additions, add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing with a rubber spatula just until incorporated. Don't overmix.
Fold in the pecans. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan & bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through.
