INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup Potato Starch










  • ¾ cup Oil










  • 1 tsp salt










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 tsp baking powder










  • ¾ cup chocolate chips










  • ½ cup chopped pecans










  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, beat the sugars and oil, and then add in 1 egg at a time, beating each well. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, potato starch, baking powder, and chocolate chips and mix together.



  2. In 2 or 3 additions, add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing with a rubber spatula just until incorporated. Don't overmix.



  3. Fold in the pecans. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan & bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through.
