INGREDIENTS













  • 1 lb chicken cutlets, cut into thin strips










  • - flour, to coat










  • 1 onion, thinly sliced










  • ½ red pepper, sliced into strips










  • ½ orange pepper, sliced into strips










  • 6-8 fresh mushrooms, sliced










  • ½ can baby corn










  • ¾ cup light soy sauce










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  1. Coat the chicken strips in the flour.



  2. Layer them on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.



  3. Cut the onion into thin rings and layer them on top. Place peppers on top. Layer on top the mushrooms and baby corn.



  4. Mix the soy sauce (must be light soy sauce) and brown sugar. Pour on top.



  5. Cover and bake at 350F 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes.

i added snow peas and zucchini! was yummy! also added red pepper flakes and garlic just for a little more spice :)
will def make this easy supper again! thanks for posting it

Tasty, filling, looks nice and best of all it takes 10 minutes max to put together. I add way more veggies like broccoli, zucchini,canned mushrooms to save time, and snap peas. Scrumptious!

I took out chicken cutlets from the freezer last night and I was looking for something simple and tasty, yet something that wouldn't take too long to put together. This recipe is delicious and was very simple to make. My family loved it!
