Who isn't looking for a new supper idea??
1 lb ground chicken
1 potato, cooked and mashed
1 potato, grated raw
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder(or onion, diced and sauteed)
½ cup matza meal
1 squash, diced or grated (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Fry in hot oil on both sides, until golden brown.
