Take one bite of this quiche and you wont be able to stop!
1 pie crust
1 can mushrooms
½ cup milk
¾ cup mozzarella cheese
Fry onions in oil untill they are golden brown.
Add mushrooms and saute for a few more minutes untill there is no more liquid left in pan. Let cool.
Mix together the eggs and milk. Add cheese and mix well.
Cover the bottom of the shell with a layer of the mushrooms, then pour egg mixture on top
Bake till top is golden brown 30-35 minutes.
