INGREDIENTS
4 chicken cutlets
½ cup flour
2 squash
2 red peppers
1 can baby corn
½ cup oil
½ cup soy sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
Coat cutlets in flour.
Slice squash, red pepper and baby corn on bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
Mix the oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic.
Place chicken cutlets on top of vegetables, and pour sauce on top.
Bake covered at 375F for 1 - 11/2 hours.
Serve with rice.
