INGREDIENTS
1 lb Praline Paste
½ lb Dark Chocolate
½ lb White Chocolate
24 Small flower (party shop)
2 Flower pots mold
Divide prailine paste into 1/3 & 2/3 and put in seperate pots. For each pot (color): Melt over double boiler until melted. In microwave, melt dark color chocolate, add to the 2/3 prailine pot. Add the white melted chocolate to the 1/3 pot, mixture will resemble a peanut butter color.
In mold, pour in dark chocolate 1/4" full. Freeze 5-10 munites until firm. Add lighter color until upper rim. Freeze again. Fill top rim with dark choclate. Freeze. When removing pots from mold, place them upside down on clean surface. Using whiskey glass, cover each flowerpot & turn right side up.
The whiskey glass just serves as a handling tool. Using thin metal cake tester, heat over flame for 1 minute. Poke deep hole into top of flowerpot & quickly insert flower stem into hole. Flower should stand up about 2" high. remove pots from whiskey glass before serving or displaying.
