INGREDIENTS













  • 10 eggs










  • 2½ oz paper cups of sugar










  • ¾ cup orange juice










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 3 cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • ½ tsp baking soda










  • ½ tsp cinnamon










  • ½ tsp all spice










  • ½ lb honey










  1. Preheat oven to 320F. Beat eggs whites until peaks form. ADD ALL SUGAR, MIX WELL. LOWER SPEED & ADD YOLKS, OIL, FLOUR & POWDER. SET ASIDE HALF THE BATTER.



  2. TO THE REMAINING BATTER ADD: BAKING SODA, CINN, SPICE & HONEY. MIX GENTLY & WELL COMBINED. POUR HINEY BATTER INTO 10" TUB PAN. GENTLY TOP WITH SPONGE BATTER.



  3. BAKE 1 1/4 HR, TEST WITH TOOTHPICK TO COME OUT CLEAN. COOL UPSIDE DOWN. MANY TIMES, YOU MAY HAVE A THREE TONE EFFECT IF SOME HONEY BATTER SETTLES TO THE BOTTOM. FREEZES BEAUTIFLLY!
