Of course, every recipe has to have something I don't like. (I'm a picky eater) Here it's the cantaloupe. But yet again, I only post recipes that I rate a 5.
This is a great refreshing COLD soup which we serve in our house shabbos lunch during the summer months to cool us off before the cholent.

INGREDIENTS
1 cantaloupe
6 peaches
1 can frozen orange juice from concentrate
2 cans pineapple, drained
Blend all together.
Chill.
Serve with chunks of fruit. We normally do variations of: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or any of the fruits inside the soup. But you can be creative.
If you make it for during the week, you can make a strawberry sauce and pipe it in circles once in the bowl. Then use a knife to create a spiders web design.
As far as the bracha goes, our rav said it's questionable. So he suggested we first make a hadama and ha'etz first and then eat the soup. Please contact your local Rabbi for any questions.
