INGREDIENTS
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup golden flax seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup olive oil
1 cup honey
7 cup oats
½ cup wheat germ
¾ cup sliced almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
combine ingrediants by hand and divide in 2 cooky sheets bake on 350 for 1/2 hour mix after 15 minutes
