
This is a very popular muffin with many different twists to it. Whenever I make them they get polished off in no time. I love having them in my freezer cuz they freeze very well & defrost in no time (great to pull out when unexpected guests arrive). They can be used for breakfast, dessert or for a simcha. Enjoy them!!!

INGREDIENTS
- BATTER:
1 egg
1½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup water
⅓ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla sugar
- FILLING:
1 (8 oz) whipped cream cheese
1 egg
⅓ cup sugar
- cup TOPPING:
⅓ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup flour
4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup chocolate chips
Mix the batter together by hand in a bowl. Spray muffin pans with nonstick baking spray & fill with choc. mixture 3/4 full.
Combine the cheese, sugar & egg together by hand (can use a blender). Place a tbsp. full of cheese ontop of choc. mixture.
Mix the last 5 ingredients together for the topping. Sprinkle a bit of the topping on each muffin. Bake for 20 min. on 350.
