1 cup sugar
100 gram margarine
200 gram shuffra baking chocolate
1 instant vanilla pudding
Melt chocolate and margarine over a low flame.
in a separate bowl mix yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar and add to chocolate mixture.
beat eggwhites until stiff and add 1/2 cup of sugar.
gradually add chocolate mixture to the eggwhites.
pour 1/4 of the mixture into a round baking pan and bake for 10min at 160.
pour the rest of chocolate mix on top of baked mix and freeze.
once its frozen whip up a whip with a bit of vanilla pudding and add on top of chocolate layer.
