INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast
1 Tbsp oil
1 can button mushrooms
1 pepper diced
1 zucchini diced
1 onion diced
½ cup soy sauce
1 tsp ginger powder
1 garlic cube
0 salt and pepper to taste
sautee onion in oil until limp
cut chicken cutlets into thin strips or cubes and add to onions
let chicken sautee until all sides are white
add mushrooms, pepper, zucchini and rest of ingredients
let simmer for 15-20 minutes
serve over pasta or rice
