INGREDIENTS













  • - Salad:










  • 1 Lettuce cut










  • 1 Red Pepper cubed










  • 1 Yellow Pepper cubed










  • 1 Avocado Cubed










  • 12 Mushrooms










  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes










  • - Honey Glazed Almonds










  • - Dressing:










  • ½ cup Oil










  • ½ tsp Paprika










  • ½ cup Ketchup










  • ¼ cup Vinegar










  • ½ cup Sugar










  • ¼ cup Water










  • ½ tsp Mustard










  1. Layer all vegetables in a bowl (can use a trifle bowl) and put almonds on top.



  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a seperate bowl and blend using the hand blender.



  3. Pour over salad. Eat and enjoy!
