These cookies are really good and healthy!
1½ cup oil
1½ cup sugar
1½ cup brown sugar
4 tsp vanilla
2 cup whole wheat flour
4½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1½ cup chocolate chips
Beat eggs and oil for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, brown sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
With a cookie scooper, scoop out small balls. Let bake for 15-20 minutes on 350F degrees.
