Really easy recipe that looks great served with rolled up pieces of pastrami in between each piece of chicken pastrami roll

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 sheet of puffed pastry dough










  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts










  • ⅓ lb pastrami










  • ¼ cup duck sauce, approximately










  1. Roll out pastry dough and spread duck sauce on it



  2. pound chicken breast or cut very thin and lay a single layer on top



  3. lay pastrami in a single layer on top of that



  4. roll up jelly -roll style and place seam-side down in a pan



  5. spread duck sauce (or egg yolk if preffered on top)
